Nexolia continues to invest in the Lebel-Sur-Quevillon region.

Nexolia, Geomega’s largest shareholder, is acquiring the Lebel-sur-Quevillon Pulp Mill and Sawmill Assets from Fortress Paper for $15.36 million. As part of the acquisition, in addition to the Pulp Mill and Sawmill, Nexolia obtains the energy generation, connection and transmission plant and related equipment, located in Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Québec.
